GTAPaper is an independent GTA 6 news and reference site. This page explains how we produce our content and the standards we hold it to, so you can judge how much to trust what you read here.

Who writes GTAPaper

Articles are published by the GTAPaper Editorial Team. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. "Grand Theft Auto" and "GTA" are trademarks of their respective owners; we use them under fair use to report news and provide commentary.

How we create content

We use AI tools to help draft and update articles, and every article is reviewed and fact-checked by a human editor before it is published. AI speeds up the first draft and keeps our living documents current; it does not get the final say. We do not publish unreviewed machine output.

Sourcing and verification

  • Official first. Confirmed facts come from primary sources — Rockstar Games' Newswire, official trailers, and statements from Rockstar or Take-Two — wherever possible.
  • Corroborate before confirming. A claim is stated as fact only when it is confirmed by an official source or corroborated by multiple credible outlets.
  • Rumors are labelled. Leaks, single-source reports, and speculation are clearly marked as such, with the source named. We never present a rumor as a confirmed fact.
  • Sources are cited. Articles list the sources they draw on so you can check the original reporting yourself.

Accuracy and updates

GTA 6 is pre-release, and the facts change — dates, prices, and details get revised. We treat our core pages (release date, pre-orders, platforms) as living documents and update them when the facts change. Substantive updates are reflected in the article's "Updated" date.

Corrections

We fix mistakes. If you spot an error, email us at support@gtapaper.com and we will review and correct it. Material corrections are made promptly and the page's update date is bumped.

Independence

GTAPaper has no commercial relationship with Rockstar Games. Our coverage is editorially independent, and our goal is to be the most accurate, useful GTA 6 reference on the web.
