Every atlas entry uses one of these evidence frames. The label describes the source of the name or placement, not a claim that every visible detail has been confirmed.
Official media
Rockstar names the region or place in official copy, screenshots or video. Only named and directly supported details are treated as confirmed.
Edition context
Official edition or bonus materials support an associated item, name or media frame. Each entry states separately whether its location label is officially named or editorial candidate context.
Community candidates
Reviewed fan mapping can guide a watchlist, but it remains candidate context and is never presented as an official map.

GTA 6 Map FAQ
Which GTA 6 regions are officially confirmed?
Rockstar sets GTA 6 in Leonida and has published official location media naming Vice City, Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park. Edition materials explicitly name some additional facilities, while editorial candidate labels remain marked separately.
How big is the GTA 6 map?
Rockstar has not published the final map size. GTAPaper tracks official regions and reviewed media evidence, but does not treat community scale estimates as confirmed facts.
Are GTA 6 region and district boundaries confirmed?
No complete official boundary map has been published. Names such as Vice-Dale and the major Leonida regions have official grounding, but exact borders, road networks, coastlines and district limits remain unconfirmed unless Rockstar publishes them.
Does this atlas use community maps?
Community mapping may be cited as candidate context or a watchlist lead, never as official geography. The atlas separates official media, edition context and community candidates so readers can see the evidence level behind each entry.
Does a screenshot confirm every visible landmark or activity?
No. A screenshot can support what is visibly present, but GTAPaper does not name a landmark unless the source names it or claim a complete activity list from a single frame.
