There is no money cheat in GTA 5. Rockstar deliberately left one out because the in-game stock market (BAWSAQ/LCN) and Story Mode economy would break. The fastest legit way to get rich in Story Mode is the Lester assassination missions — invest in the affected stocks before each hit.
